CARAITO is a vehicle advisory platform powered by AI, operated by a U.S.-based company (LLC in the United States). Our services are currently available in Canada as part of our beta launch, with planned expansion to the United States and Argentina

3. Scope of Service

CARAITO provides:

  • AI-driven vehicle recommendations.

  • Personalized consulting via video or phone calls.

  • Assistance in selling vehicles, including listing creation.

We facilitate vehicle research and decision-making but do not sell vehicles directly.

4. User Information & Confidentiality

We value your privacy and data security. Your personal information remains confidential, and we do not sell, share, or misuse your data. However, if you express interest in a specific vehicle, we may share your email with a trusted dealer who has the requested car.

5. Payment & Subscription Plans

CARAITO offers free and paid plans:

  • The free plan provides basic recommendations.

  • Paid plans offer in-depth analysis, cost of ownership insights, and expert consultation.

Payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases explicitly stated in our refund policy.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • CARAITO provides recommendations based on available data and does not guarantee vehicle availability, pricing accuracy, or dealer offers.

  • CARAITO is not responsible for any transaction between users and third-party sellers, including dealers.

  • Users must verify all vehicle details, pricing, and terms before making a purchase.

7. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

​​CARAITO operates under U.S. jurisdiction and is governed by the laws of the United States. By using this platform, you agree that any disputes will be resolved exclusively under U.S. law.

8. Vehicle Pricing & Liability Disclaimer (Canada)

The vehicle prices displayed on CARAITO are estimates based on publicly available information from automotive manufacturers' official websites. These estimates include:

  • Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP)

  • Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI)

  • Freight

  • Levies

  • Dealer fees

  • Applicable taxes, including the luxury tax for vehicles priced above CAD 100,000

Our goal is to provide users with a reference price as close to reality as possible. However, due to factors such as dealer pricing strategies, promotions, regional variations, and additional fees, the actual price at a dealership may differ from the estimates displayed on CARAITO.

CARAITO is not responsible for:

  • Any discrepancies between the prices displayed on our platform and those at dealerships.

  • Price changes made by manufacturers, dealers, or third parties after our last update.

  • Any financial, contractual, or personal decision made by the user based on CARAITO’s recommendations, including the purchase or non-purchase of a vehicle.

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from differences in vehicle pricing.
